Deep Expertise in Talent Management for Health Care and Financial Services to Benefit Clients.

Dubai, U.A.E. – Feb. 14, 2008 – ESI International has announced the hiring of Marcia Riley as its new Vice President of Talent Management and Human Resources. She brings more than 20 years of experience in talent management with a focus in the health care and financial services industries.

Riley will focus on talent management more so than traditional human resources initiatives with the goal of growing ESI's overall employee engagement efforts. This will include employee development and the nurturing of ESI's culture of learning and coaching as well as supporting the continued recruitment of qualified, high-level professionals to benefit the organisation and its clients.

Prior to joining ESI, Riley served as assistant vice president, talent management/chief learning officer for Inova Health Systems in Falls Church, Va. Before that, she spent two years as an independent consultant serving numerous clients across multiple industries, including The Nature Conservancy, Chief Learning Officer Summit, Society of Human Resources Management, Association of periOperative Registered Nurses, American Society for Training and Development, Wells Fargo, Sallie Mae and Hyatt Hotels. She is also an established professional speaker.
