A practical how-to course that teaches how to perform a continuous delivery of your work using Scrum and Kanban.
This is an activity-driven course for teams and leaders of teams who need to demonstrate how to perform iterative delivery of work using Scrum and Kanban. By providing specific learning and application-based experiences of Scrum and Kanban, delegates will actively complete deliverables during the course. The first of two principle methods for delivering work according to Lean and Agile practices, Iterative Delivery with Scrum and Kanban blends well with other project-based work efforts and assumes foundational knowledge of Lean and Agile prior to this course.
