Rowena Prentice

Rowena Prentice, Senior Instructor, ESI International, has years of US federal government experience that included working with various federal agencies and worldwide organizations on a range of consulting, rapid-deployment training, and presentations related to contracting and program management. Prior to ESI, she was a senior member of the Defense Acquisition University (DAU) faculty for more than a decade, responsible for teaching, facilitating and updating various contracting, logistics, acquisition and program management courses.

Ms. Prentice has an undergraduate degree in management and a master’s certificate in government contracting from The George Washington University. She also holds a professional certification in program management after graduating from Defense Systems Management College, is a member of the Acquisition Professional Community for the Department of Defense, is Level III (executive)-certified in both government contracting and government program management, is a member of the Project Management Institute (PMI®) and the National Contract Management Association.
